Join us as an Executive Assistant to our CEO at Ascenda!

We are seeking an organized, high energy, and influential individual to join Ascenda as an Executive Assistant. In this role, you will work directly with our CEO in our new office in New York City. We're looking for someone with a personable demeanor, excellent attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively. As our EA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO's demanding schedule, ensuring seamless operations, and contributing to the vibrant and productive work environment that defines Ascenda's culture.

Your local expertise in navigating rush hour and recommending top restaurants and venues for meetings and events will be invaluable in assisting our CEO navigate the city effectively. Additionally, you will serve as the office manager for our newly formed New York office, overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Your Impact

• Manage and maintain a demanding calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements across different time zones.

• Proactively anticipate scheduling conflicts and make necessary adjustments ahead of time.

• Act as the primary point of contact and serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.

• Understanding of our company-wide strategy and incorporating it into your work for the CEO.

• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.

• Coordinate complex international and domestic travel arrangements and maintain travel schedules

• Pivot tasks as needed to ensure completion of critical tasks.

• Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports and presentations.

• Manage special projects as assigned by the CEO, such as setting up the office space in NYC.

• Act as a true right hand and gatekeeper.

Who You Are

• 8-10+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting C-level executives in both hypergrowth and established global tech companies.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders.

• Highly resourceful team player who can also operate with exceptional effectiveness independently.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

• Positive representative of the CEO and Ascenda brand ambassador.

• Proficient in Google Suite such as Gmail, Google Calendar.

• Office management experience is a plus.
