Join us as a Strategic Client Executive in Ascenda!
As a Strategic Client Executive, you will assist your Manager in delivering major initiatives with existing clients across banks and fintechs.
This includes managing and growing the client’s rewards program by supporting the client relationship and delivering their loyalty and rewards marketing activities.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about driving revenue growth and improving customer value for our banking and fintech clients. If you are a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Strategic Client Manager/Director in retaining and growing Ascenda’s existing client relationships, to contribute to incremental growth in revenue and engagement
- Engage with clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, Finance and Partnerships, to develop and implement strategic account plans and marketing campaigns
- Assist in delivering new initiatives for the clients’ existing partners by collaborating closely with Ascenda’s project, product and software engineering teams
- Monitor and report on client metrics and industry research to support the Strategic Client Manager/Director in providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Monitor and drive the resolution of operational matters
Job requirements
What we're looking for
- 2-3 years of experience in partnerships, account management and/or marketing
- Experience within banking / fintech / loyalty is a big plus
- An exceptional written and oral communicator
- Strong project management and organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Comfortable with numbers, strong ability to monitor and analyze performance, and develop insights
- Cultural sensitivity and an ability to develop strong relationships with clients from different cultures and backgrounds around the world
- Ability to navigate and work fluidly within a fast paced and changing work environment
- Willing to take initiative and work independently
- A fast learner
- Native English speaker is a must and an ability to speak a second language is a bonus
