Join us as a Software Engineer in Campaign Platform Team
The Campaign Platform Team sits at the heart of the Loyalty Ecosystem looking after multiple core services where all the reward logic happens. We believe that loyalty is nurtured through meaningful reward programs which is why we are committed to allowing our clients to create earn rules and campaigns that are not only intuitive but also dynamic, adapting to the evolving needs of the customer base. The team’s mission is to empower the clients to cultivate and maintain valuable loyalty with their customers.
In the Campaign Platform Team, a Software Engineer (SWE) plays a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining the technical infrastructure that underpins loyalty programs
System Architecture and Design: contribute to the design and architecture of loyalty services. Work closely with other team members to understand business requirements and ensure that the technical solutions align with the overall objectives.
Development and Coding: Implement the technical aspects of loyalty programs. This includes creating and maintaining services, APIs, and other software components essential for the smooth functioning of the loyalty systems.
Integration and Compatibility: Loyalty services often need to integrate with various platforms, such as front-end websites, mobile apps, and other systems. SWEs work on ensuring seamless integration and compatibility with other technologies.
Collaboration: Effective collaboration within the Campaign Platform Team is essential. SWEs work closely with product managers, UX designers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to ensure that technical solutions align with the overall vision of creating valuable and seamless loyalty experiences.
What you bring to the table
3 years of solid programming experience, mainly back-end focused.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, UX designers, and business stakeholders.
A proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Ability to work within project timelines, prioritize tasks, and manage workloads effectively.
Familiarity with the principles and mechanics of loyalty programs, including earn rules, reward structures, and customer engagement strategies.
Experience with Ruby on Rails or other web development frameworks within the Ruby ecosystem.
Having infra / devops related experience.
