The Role

As Product Enablement Manager, you are the driving force that ensures the compelling messaging of Ascenda's products to audiences both internally (Ascenda teams) and externally (clients and prospects).
Internally, you improve the effectiveness of key Ascenda teams such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Engineering by equipping them with simple-to-absorb product knowledge and resources. Externally, you enable both existing and prospective clients to understand Ascenda's products and their benefits quickly and easily.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a continuous and complete understanding of the product suite with its evolving feature set, as well as the company's product strategy including target markets, user personas, competitive offerings etc.
• Developing messaging & content explaining Ascenda's products, their features, benefits, pricing and implementation steps to external audiences. For example: corporate website content, FAQs, product documentation, fact sheets, press releases, guides, case studies, and best practices.
• Training customer service and other internal stakeholders on the product suite to make them more effective in their roles.

What we are looking for:

• You have 5+ years of relevant experience in software product management, product marketing, or software sales enablement
• You are familiar with B2B software products and how they are sold & marketed
• You are a great copywriter, with both a strong attention to detail and the creativity needed to craft messages that resonate well with specific audiences
• You have a strong ability to synthesise information from disparate sources into a cohesive narrative understood by both non-technical and technical audiences
• You love being a marketer, customer, and product expert and can convey the value of a software product with confidence to a variety of audiences
• You think in a user-centric fashion and consistently strive to enhance the customer experience
