Customer Service Executive

Ascenda currently is looking for a Customer Service driven individual who is keen to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
In this role you will be expected to :
- Quickly resolve customer queries by phone and email.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer and partner escalations
- Provide coaching to the team of customer service representatives
- General administration, reporting and special projects
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

- Willingness to work especially on overnight shifts and including weekends and public holidays.
