Ascenda currently is looking for a Customer Service driven individual who is keen to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. 

In this role you will be expected to :

  • Quickly resolve customer queries by phone and email.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer and partner escalations
  • Provide coaching to the team of customer service representatives
  • General administration, reporting and special projects
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

Requirements

What We Are Looking For:

  • Enthusiastic, adaptable and keen to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Fun outlook, positive attitude and a ‘can-do’ mindset
  • Strong cross-cultural awareness and communication skills
  • Prior exposure to a web-driven business environment
  • Specific experience preferred within the airline, hotel or travel industry.
  • Self-motivated and be able to work unsupervised
  • Excellent English communication
  • Willingness to work especially on overnight shifts and including weekends and public holidays.
