Join us as a Client Director in Ascenda Sydney!
Responsible for leading a dedicated client team and managing a major bank client’s end-to-end loyalty program in close collaboration with the client’s own team. This includes managing and growing the client’s rewards program by developing loyalty strategy, managing the client relationship and delivering major loyalty initiatives.
Responsible for overall leadership, development and management of the client’s loyalty program
Full ownership of client budget and P&L, with accountability to drive profitable financial management of the client account
Work closely with Ascenda regional, client and third party teams, to deliver program initiatives and provide operational support
Drive quarterly reviews and develop a program evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the program and to identify areas for improvement
Oversee and support development of marketing strategy and plans. Measure effectiveness of campaigns and adapt accordingly.
Establish account plans, financial forecast and operating plan to support the program
Lead a dedicated local client team including a marketing manager, project manager and business analyst
Foster a productive and empowering working environment for the dedicated team
Build and mentor the team to deliver on Ascenda and client goals
Assist with new business efforts and determine optimal resourcing
Develop and project Ascenda’s identity and reputation with the client
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, including presentation to senior management and C level
Strong client and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative and influential leadership style that drives high performance, fosters innovation and engenders a positive team culture
People management skills, the ability to lead and manage a strong team
Experience of Loyalty industry or credit card industry will be highly regarded
Subject matter expertise on Loyalty and CRM projects is essential with direct experience within Australia
Commercial, marketing, technical and analytical acumen
Ability to navigate and work fluidly within a fast paced and changing work environment is a must
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Willing to take initiative and work independently
